2/11/26 Trail update is the trails are good but not fully groomed. We had a mechanical breakdown today and have ordered the parts but wont have the grommer ready to go until hopefully Sunday afternoon. The Touch a Groomer Day is still on as scheduled for Saturday. Come visit us get some food and drinks. Also don't forget about the Moose River Rock Dodger Swag that will be available for purchase.
2/16/26 Good news the groomer is back up and operational. Up to EX41 was groomed by Bill and Justin. Miles Mountain is next on the list to be done. Thanks for all the help with getting the groomer back out on the trails and to the volunteers that run it.
2/19/26 Weekend trail report is as follows. All trails have been groomed atleast once since the groomer was fixed on Sunday. A majority of trails were gone over again midweek to be ready to go for this wekend. The snow forcast says a few inches friday night and ok temperatures for the weekend. There are several events occuring around sponsored by other local clubs. So please support them and the community by getting out there and enjoying the trails.
2/26/26 Weekend trail report is sounding very good. All trails have been groomed throughout the week and are in decent shape thanks to the work of Ed Bunnell and Mother Nature. We are going to have some warmer temperatures this weekend with some on/off snow flurries. So get out there and enjoy some early spring riding this weekend. Also a reminder of the Club meeting on Saturday March 7th @ 9:30.
3/2/26 Trails were touched up over the weekend in spots. The trails are in really good shape. Use caution though because of the warming temperatures and sill sool nights ice will form in spots. Also there is logging on top of Goudreault Rd. Enjoy and be safe.
3/5/26 Up to EX41"Kirby Mountain" and up thru Miles Mountain to EX683 have been groomed. With the warmer conditions grooming has had some challenges but the trails remain open. The forcast is for warm adn rainy so trails can change quickly so use caution.Next weekend has cooler temps predicted so trails will hopefully remain in good condition. Again use casution but enjoy the trails and weather.
3/11/26 Wanted to inform everyone that the hard decission to temporarily close the trails was made today. With the weather warming up so fast the trails became unsafe. We will monitor over the weekend and through the week with cooler temperatures coming and reevaluate the trail conditions. Thanks all for your support and keep checking the season isn't over yet.
